Common use of Landlord’s Essential Services Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Essential Services. Landlord’s agreement to provide Landlord’s Essential Services and Tenant’s remedies for Interruptions of Landlord’s Essential Services, are described on Exhibit “F”, attached hereto. Landlord shall install temperature sensors under the floor of the Tenant Space at the either end and in the middle of each cold aisle with the Tenant Space. Landlord shall use its best efforts to make available to Tenant results of the temperature monitoring provided by such sensors throughout the Term of the Lease.
