Factory Testing. Supplier will not present a Stage to Spark for Acceptance Testing unless Supplier is reasonably satisfied that the Stage is capable of passing its Acceptance Tests, and Supplier will carry out pre-delivery testing as necessary for that purpose.
Factory Testing. Any equipment that is required to be factory tested by an applicable standard shall be accompanied by the results of those factory tests, and further those results will be submitted to District as part of the Final Binder.

Factory Testing. The Contractor shall submit a factory acceptance test plan to the Owner for approval, designed to demonstrate the compliance of the Battery with the requirements specified by the Owner and a detailed report shall be provided to the Owner for review and approval before the Equipment is shipped. The Contractor shall perform factory acceptance testing for the Battery inverters and modules (if applicable). The Contractor shall utilize manufacturers’ test procedures to test the Battery cells and modules and shall provide the logs and tests to the Owner following such acceptance tests. The Owner may elect to witness the factory acceptance test at its own cost.

Factory Testing. Prior to shipment from Location(s), each Domestic Product, Foreign Product and DISH Product shall be factory tested by VTech or its Permitted Subcontractors, and VTech and its Permitted Subcontractors shall submit to HTS, upon request of HTS, complete certified test results. Upon reasonable prior notice, VTech will permit HTS to have access to all such records for VTech and its Permitted Subcontractors at VTech Location(s) during normal business hours.
Factory Testing. In addition to any other tests to be requested by Sprint as set forth under this Exhibit, Sycamore is responsible for the performance of standard factory production tests. Such tests shall be performed in accordance with Sycamore’s normal testing and quality control procedures for Deliverables of the type purchased hereunder in order to insure that the Deliverables provided hereunder meet all applicable specifications. At the request of Sprint, Sycamore shall furnish a copy of its test plans and quality control procedures to Sprint prior to initiating any such testing and Sprint, at its expense, may witness any of the testing by giving prior notice to Sycamore. Sycamore also agrees to maintain detailed records of all such tests and to provide Sprint, if requested, with written results of these tests.
