LANDLORD'S EXPENSES RE. CONSENTS. To reimburse Landlord promptly on demand for all reasonable legal expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with all requests by Tenant for consent or approval under this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be liable for any reasonable legal expenses incurred by Landlord for the first two (2) such requests made by Tenant during each period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months during the Term.
