Common use of Landlord’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Expenses. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, from time to time, as additional rent, the reasonable Out-of-Pocket Costs incurred by Landlord in connection with an Alteration (other than Decorative Alterations) (including, without limitation, the reasonable Out-of-Pocket Costs that Landlord incurs in reviewing the plans and specifications for such Alterations, and inspecting the progress of such Alterations), within thirty (30) days after Landlord gives Tenant an invoice therefor together with reasonable supporting documentation for the charges set forth therein.
