Common use of Landlord’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Expenses. If legal action is brought for recovery of possession of the Demised Premises, for the recovery of Rent or any other amount due under this Lease, or because of the breach of any other terms, covenants or conditions herein contained on the part of the Tenant to be kept or performed, and a breach is established, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord all reasonable expenses incurred therefor, including solicitor’s fee (on a solicitor and client basis), unless a Court shall otherwise award.
