Common use of Landlord’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Expenses. If Landlord pays any monies or incurs any expense to correct a breach of this Lease by Tenant or to do anything in this Lease required to be done by Tenant, or incurs any expense (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and court costs), as a result of Tenant’s failure to perform any of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease, all amounts so paid or incurred shall, on notice to Tenant, be considered additional rent payable by Tenant with the first Minimum Monthly Rent installment thereafter becoming due and payable, and may be collected as provided by law in the case of rent.
