LANDLORD’S GROUNDS FOR POSSESSION. During the Fixed Term
LANDLORD’S GROUNDS FOR POSSESSION. If at any time during the fixed term of the Tenancy referred to in clause 4.1 any of the grounds set out in Schedule 2 of the Housing Act 1988 (as amended) are made out the Landlord may seek to re- enter the Property in accordance with its statutory obligations (and where necessary by obtaining a court order). If the Landlord re- enters the Property pursuant to this clause, then the Tenancy shall end, but without prejudice to any right of action or remedy to the Landlord in respect of any antecedent breach of the Tenant's obligations herein contained.
