Common use of Landlord’s Options Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Options. Within fifteen (15) days of Landlord's receipt of any Transfer Notice, and any additional information requested by Landlord concerning the proposed Transferee's financial responsibility, Landlord will notify Tenant of its election to do one of the following: (i) consent to the proposed Transfer subject to such reasonable conditions as Landlord may impose in providing such consent; (ii) refuse such consent, which refusal shall be on reasonable grounds; or (iii) terminate this Lease as to all or such portion of the Premises which is proposed to be sublet or assigned and recapture all or such portion of the Premises for reletting by Landlord.

Landlord’s Options. Within fifteen (15) days of Landlord's receipt of any Transfer Notice, and any additional information requested by Landlord concerning the proposed Transferee's financial responsibility, Landlord will notify Tenant of its election elect to do one of the following: following (i) consent to the proposed Transfer subject to such reasonable conditions as Landlord may impose in providing such consentTransfer; (ii) refuse such consent, which refusal shall be on reasonable groundsgrounds including, without limitation, those set forth in Subparagraph 24(f) below; or (iii) terminate this Lease as to all or such portion of the Premises which is proposed to be sublet or assigned and recapture all or such portion of the Premises for reletting by Landlord.

Within fifteen (15) days of Landlord's receipt of any Transfer Notice, and any additional information requested by Landlord concerning the proposed Transferee's financial responsibility, Landlord will notify Tenant of its election elect to do one of the following: following (i) consent to the proposed Transfer subject to such reasonable conditions as Landlord may impose in providing such consent; Transfer, (ii) refuse such consent, which refusal shall be on reasonable grounds; grounds including, without limitation, those set forth in Subparagraph 24(f) below, or (iii) terminate this Lease as to all or such portion of the Premises which is proposed to be sublet or assigned and recapture all or such portion of the Premises for reletting by Landlord.

Landlord’s Options. Within fifteen (15) days of Landlord's receipt of any Transfer Notice, and any additional information requested by Landlord concerning the proposed Transferee's financial responsibility, Landlord will notify Tenant of its election to do one of the following: (i) consent to the proposed Transfer subject to such reasonable conditions as Landlord may impose in providing such consent; (ii) refuse such consent, which refusal shall be on reasonable grounds; or (iii) except if such Transfer Notice is delivered in connection with a Permitted Transfer, terminate this Lease as to all or such portion of the Premises which is proposed to be sublet or assigned and recapture all or such portion of the Premises for reletting by Landlord.

Landlord’s Options. Within fifteen thirty (1530) days of Landlord's receipt of any Transfer Notice, and any additional information requested by Landlord concerning the proposed Transferee's financial responsibility, Landlord will notify Tenant of its election to do one of the following: (i) consent to the proposed Transfer subject to such reasonable conditions as Landlord may impose in providing such consent; (ii) refuse such consent, which refusal shall be on reasonable grounds; or (iii) terminate this Lease as to all or such portion of the Premises which is proposed to be sublet or assigned and recapture all or such portion of the Premises for reletting by Landlord.
