Landlord’s Personal Property. Tenant acknowledges that the below checked personal property have been furnished and are in good working condition and are to remain in the Premises upon termination. Refrigerator Stove/Range/Oven Microwave Sink Disposal Dishwasher Washing Machine Clothes Dryer Wall/Window A/C Water Softener Lawn Mower Security System (A) Tenant agrees to turn off and not operate the following appliances while absent from the Premises: stove/range/oven, microwave, sink disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
