Landlord’s Right to Erect Signs. The provisions of Section 7.02 notwithstanding, Landlord shall have the right during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the Term to advertise and post "For Rent/Lease or Sale" signs on the Leased Property. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in showing the Leased Property to prospective tenants or purchasers during normal business hours.
