Lanes Development Restriction. A covenant for the Lanes Development Restriction must be registered on the title to the Land. The Developer must, at its cost, take all steps required to register the Covenant by the due date specified in clause 1 of Schedule 3. The terms of the Covenant are attached at Annexure C.
