Employment Restrictions. Executive is not currently a party to any non competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality or other work-related agreement that limits or restricts Executive’s ability to work in any particular field or in any particular geographic region, whether or not such agreement would be violated by this Agreement.

Employment Restrictions. 26.3.1 Prohibited Activity Contractor hereby certifies, as reflected in Attachment “B”, that Contractor shall not use funds provided herein or personnel employed in the administration of the program for political activities; sectarian, or religious activities; lobbying, political patronage, and nepotism activities. 26.3.2 OSHA Where employees are engaged in activities not covered under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, they shall not be required or permitted to work, be trained, or receive services in buildings or surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous to the participant's health or safety.
