Language If the Participant has received this Agreement or any other document related to the Plan translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.
Included Words When the context reasonably permits, words suggesting the singular shall be construed as suggesting the plural and vice versa, and words suggesting one gender shall be construed as suggesting other genders.
Language and Copies This Agreement is written in Chinese and English and both the English version and Chinese version shall have the same effect. This Agreement is executed in 3 copies for each version and each original copy has the same legal effect.

Usage and Definitions Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement are defined in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of , 20 , among Ford Credit Auto Owner Trust 20 - , as Issuer, Ford Credit Auto Receivables Two LLC, as Depositor, and Ford Motor Credit Company LLC, as Servicer. Captions and Gender The captions in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any term or provision hereof. The use in this Agreement of the masculine pronoun in reference to a party hereto shall be deemed to include the feminine or neuter, as the context may require.
Language Consent The parties acknowledge that it is their express wish that this Agreement, as well as all documents, notices and legal proceedings entered into, given or instituted pursuant hereto or relating directly or indirectly hereto, be drawn up in English.
