This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to constitute an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. Any facsimile copy of another Party’s executed counterpart of this Agreement (or its signature page thereof) shall be deemed to be an executed original thereof.
