Language Diversity. 21 CONTRACTOR shall employee staff with experience in placing participants 22 with a limited English vocabulary in an environment that facilitates the 23 development of the English language. CONTRACTOR’s staff shall be able to 24 read, write, speak and understand English. CONTRACTOR shall provide bilingual 25 staff to serve participants who speak Spanish or Vietnamese.
