LATE CHARGES AND INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. Campers who fail to timely pay their monthly space fees will incur additional late charges equal to the fee of one night’s stay for each day payment is delinquent. Fee payments and late charges may be paid by phone by using a Visa, Master Card or Discover Card. Any camper holding over beyond the agreed departure date hereby grants permission to Cameron County Parks System to tow or cause to be towed any and all vehicles, including any RV, automobiles (including pickups) and motorcycles, from the space at owner’s expense without further notice. If your vehicle(s) is towed, call the Parks Department between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. After hours, call the Cameron County Sheriffs Dispatch at (000) 000-0000 (24 hour number) to make contact with Constables.   • Non-Sufficient Funds and Dishonored Payments If my check is returned by a bank or other entity for any reason, if any of my credit card or debit card payments are rejected, or if Xxxxx Management is unable, through no fault of its own or their bank, to successfully process any of my ACH debit, credit card, or debit card transaction, then:

  • Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument must be made in U.S. currency. If any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Fund Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 16. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.

  • Late Charges Lessee hereby acknowledges that late payment by Lessee to Lessor of rent and other sums due hereunder will cause Lessor to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease, the exact amount of which will be extremely difficult to ascertain. Such costs include, but are not limited to, processing and accounting charges, and late charges which may be imposed upon Lessor by the terms of any ground lease, mortgage or deed of trust covering the Premises. Accordingly, if any installment of rent or other sum due from Lessee shall not be received by Lessor or Lessor's designee within ten (10) days after such amount shall be due, then, without any requirement for notice to Lessee, Lessee shall pay to Lessor a late charge equal to six percent (6%) of such overdue amount. Acceptance of such late charge by Lessor shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee's Default or Breach with respect to such overdue amount, nor prevent Lessor from exercising any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder. In the event that a late charge is payable hereunder, whether or not collected, for three (3) consecutive installments of Base Rent, then notwithstanding Paragraph 4.1 or any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, Base Rent shall, at Lessor's option, become due and payable quarterly in advance.

  • Late or Insufficient Payment All invoiced balances under this Agreement that are not paid in full by the due date will be subject to the DSP or Illinois Commerce Commission late payment rules.
