Discover Card definition

Discover Card means a Card bearing the Discover Marks and accepted as part of the DFS Services Network.
Discover Card when used to modify the term “account,” shall mean that access to such account is afforded by, among other means, a card bearing on its face the DISCOVER service xxxx (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B or, if the use of such service xxxx is suspended and another service xxxx is substituted therefor, a card bearing such substitute service xxxx).
Discover Card means a valid and unexpired credit card issued by DFS Services LLC or one of its licensed issuers;
