Parks Department. No multi-use pathways required for this project; propose a tree mitigation plan for any trees to be removed and submit to City Arborist prior to final approval per UDC 11-3B-10.
Parks Department. The Director of Parks and Recreation may assign a qualified employee as a Seasonal Foreperson. This assignment may be for the entire season or part of the season. The employee assigned to the Seasonal Foreperson will be paid at the Foreperson’s base rate of pay at the employee’s current seniority step as listed in the Wage Scale in the Appendix B. When employees are temporarily assigned as a Temporary Foreperson, or to work in a higher classification, by the Department Head, Superintendent, or designee, for any portion of a day, they shall be paid a stipend equal to eight (8) percent of the employee’s base rate of pay for a minimum of four (4) hours, or for the actual hours worked each day, whichever is greater, plus any overtime work in said higher classification.
