Late Payments or Failure to Pay. If payment is not received by the due date stated on your invoice, late fees and/or collection charges may be assessed against you and your Services may be suspended, restricted, cancelled, or terminated without notice. Service suspension, restriction, or termination could result in loss of your Atlantic Broadband provided telephone number and/or email address associated with your Services. You may be required to pay a reconnect fee, activation fee, and/or a security deposit, in addition to all past due charges, before the Services are reconnected.

  • Failure to Pay Rent Any failure of Concessionaire to timely pay any rent due or any other monetary sums required to be paid hereunder where such failure continues for a period of ten (10) consecutive days after such sums are due.
