Activation Fee definition

Activation Fee means the fee established by CAWCD for the purpose of raising funds to pay a portion of the costs associated with acquisition and development of water supplies and infrastructure necessary for CAWCD to perform its obligations under Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS), Title 48, Chapter 22, Article 4. The Activation Fee is equal to the per-unit fee established by the CAWCD Board of Directors multiplied by the total number of housing units to be constructed on the Property.

Activation Fee means the fee payable: (i) as a one-time charge for each Concurrent User for initial activation of the Services; and (ii) on an increase in the number of Concurrent Users, as applicable, and as further detailed in Schedule 2 (in all its letters);

Activation Fee means the fee established by CAWCD for the purpose of raising funds to pay a portion of the costs associated with acquisition and development of water supplies and infrastructure necessary for CAWCD to perform its obligations under Article 4 of the Groundwater Replenishment Statute. The Activation Fee is equal to the per-unit fee established by the CAWCD Board of Directors multiplied by the total number of housing units to be constructed within that portion of the Property and the Additional Property owned by the Owner.

• Upon entering into this Agreement, Keyholder shall be required to pay the applicable System Fee and the Activation Fee.

• Keyholder shall not be entitled to a refund of: (i) any previously paid but unused portion of the System Fee, (ii) any Activation Fee, (iii) Replacement Insurance fees, (iv) late payment fees, or (v) fees for payments that are returned unpaid or for insufficient funds or credit.

• Unless these Terms and Conditons provide otherwise, the contract is concluded through the tools available on the Operator's website in the following steps: reading the provisions of the applicable Terms and Conditions and Price List, placing the order, accepting the provisions of the the applicable Terms and Conditions and Price List, which are an integral part of the concluded contract, and making the payment of the Activation Fee.

• An Activation Fee per Card is paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
