Common use of Late Provision of Information Clause in Contracts

Late Provision of Information. In the event that information is provided after the dates referred to in clause 16.6 (Procedure for relief and compensation), then the Contractor shall not be entitled to any extension of time, compensation or relief from its obligations under this Agreement in respect of the period for which the information is delayed.
