Common use of Late Shift Clause in Contracts

Late Shift. 28 Any employee in the bargaining unit whose regularly assigned work shift commences between 2:00 29 P.M. and 1:00 A.M. shall have the paid thirty (30) minute lunch period included in his/her eight (8) 30 hour workday.

Late Shift. 28 20 Any employee in the bargaining unit whose regularly assigned work shift commences between 2:00 29 21 P.M. and 1:00 A.M. shall have the paid thirty (30) minute lunch period included in his/her eight (8) 30 22 hour workday.
