Late true-up order. If the true-up order or update statement is not received when due, Microsoft will invoice Reseller for all Reserved Licenses not previously invoiced and Subscription License reductions cannot be reported until the following Enrollment anniversary date (or at Enrollment renewal, as applicable).

Late true-up order. If the annual true-up order is not received when due: 1) Microsoft will invoice Enrolled Affiliate’s Reseller for the following year for the quantity of Subscription Licenses ordered in the prior year; however, such invoice will not constitute a waiver of the annual order requirement; 2) Subscription License reductions will not take effect until the following Enrollment anniversary date (or at Enrollment renewal, as applicable); and 3) Microsoft will invoice Enrolled Affiliate’s Reseller for all Reserved Licenses not previously invoiced.
