Lateness to academy. The academy day runs from 8.30am to 3.15pm daily. Students should be on site by 8.25am each day. Lessons finish at 3.15pm Monday - Friday for Years 7-9, and at 4:15pm on some days for Years 10 and 11. Students are expected to attend a minimum of one extra-curricular activity per week, in addition to timetabled enrichment. If students are late to the academy (they must be in their coaching room by 8.30am), they will automatically be required to sit a 30 minute Correction after school (Y7-10) or, if they are in Year 11, at lunchtime.

  • Permitted and Required Uses/Disclosures of PHI 3.1 Except as limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform Services, as specified in the underlying grant or contract with Covered Entity. Sections 21-5-70(5), 21-5-71 and 21-5-73, all as amended effective January 9, 2006 (requiring registration and disclosure filings by state agency vendor lobbyists). In this regard, the Contractor certifies that any lobbyist employed or retained by the Contractor or his firm has both registered and made the required disclosures required by the Executive Orders, as amended.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH CONSULTANT DISCLOSURE LAW If this is a contract for consulting services, defined for purposes of this requirement to include analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental, health, and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal or similar services, then, in accordance with Section 163 (4-g) of the State Finance Law (as amended by Chapter 10 of the Laws of 2006), the Contractor shall timely, accurately and properly comply with the requirement to submit an annual employment report for the contract to the agency that awarded the contract, the Department of Civil Service and the State Comptroller.
