LAW TO APPLY. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and the parties hereby agree that any action, suit or other legal proceeding by any party concerning this Agreement or the construction or enforcement thereof shall be brought only in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in the State of Florida.
