Lawful Custody. Each prison will: ensure that Prisoners are held in lawful custody and ensure, prior to the liberation of any Prisoner, that the correct custodial period has been served; ensure accurate calculation of the sentence length for all Prisoners held within the Prison and shall also provide this information, with appropriate explanations, to the Prisoner within 24 hours of his admission; ensure Prisoners who have reason to doubt the legality of their custody have the opportunity to contact a legal adviser by telephone or letter free of charge; ensure Prisoners who are foreign nationals or stateless can contact a diplomatic representative free of charge; not refuse to admit to the Prison any Prisoner who has been sent to the Prison unless it would be unlawful to hold him/her in custody; and not release from the Prison any Prisoner on the basis of incomplete or inaccurate information unless details have been verified with the issuing authority and it would be unlawful to continue to hold him/her in custody.

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File 1. Upon written request from <<customer_name>>, BellSouth will provide the Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service to <<customer_name>> pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this section. EODUF will only be sent to existing ODUF subscribers who request the EODUF option.

  • RETURNED CHECKS (NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS) If the Tenant pays the Rent with a check that bounces due to insufficient funds: (check one) ☐ - The Tenant will be required to pay a fee of $ per incident. ☐ - The Tenant will NOT be required to pay a fee.

  • Chain of Custody The urine and/or blood sample shall be documented. If needed, a second test is permissible, but will be done from the original sample. If the test results are positive, and the employee wants to challenge the test results, it will be at the Employer’s expense. If the results of the re-test are negative, the test results will be considered negative. At any point in the chain of custody, if any of the following occurs, the employee shall not be re-tested and the sample shall be void (any discrepancy, any lapse of unknown time or an illegible signature of an unidentifiable person).

  • Contractual Currency (a) Payment in the Contractual Currency. Each payment under this Agreement will be made in the relevant currency specified in this Agreement for that payment (the "Contractual Currency"). To the extent permitted by applicable law, any obligation to make payments under this Agreement in the Contractual Currency will not be discharged or satisfied by any tender in any currency other than the Contractual Currency, except to the extent such tender results in the actual receipt by the party to which payment is owed, acting in a reasonable manner and in good faith in converting the currency so tendered into the Contractual Currency, of the full amount in the Contractual Currency of all amounts payable in respect of this Agreement. If for any reason the amount in the Contractual Currency so received falls short of the amount in the Contractual Currency payable in respect of this Agreement, the party required to make the payment will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, immediately pay such additional amount in the Contractual Currency as may be necessary to compensate for the shortfall. If for any reason the amount in the Contractual Currency so received exceeds the amount in the Contractual Currency payable in respect of this Agreement, the party receiving the payment will refund promptly the amount of such excess.
