PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The Restricted Stock may be issued in certificate form or electronically in “book entry”. The Secretary of the Company or such other representative as the Committee may appoint shall retain physical custody of each certificate representing Restricted Stock until all of the restrictions imposed under this Award Agreement with respect to the shares evidenced by such certificate expire or are removed. In no event shall the Participant retain physical custody of any certificates representing unvested Restricted Stock assigned to Participant.
PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The Secretary of the Company or such other representative as the Committee may appoint shall retain physical custody of each certificate representing Restricted Stock until all of the restrictions imposed under the Award Agreement with respect to the shares evidenced by such certificate expire or shall have been removed; provided, however, that in no event shall the Holder retain physical custody of any certificates representing unvested Restricted Stock assigned to Holder.
PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The parties understand that physical custody is the right and responsibility to provide actual physical care for and exercise control over a child. The parties agree that physical custody of the above-listed child(ren) will be as follows:

PHYSICAL CUSTODY. Custodian shall ensure that Account Securities are at all times properly identified as belonging solely to Company. In this regard, Custodian shall physically segregate Account Securities from any property owned by Custodian. Custodian shall not be required to physically segregate Account Securities (other than bearer securities which shall be so segregated) from other securities or property held by Custodian for third parties, but Custodian shall maintain adequate records showing the true ownership of Account Securities.
PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The Parties agree that Partner A shall have % physical custody of the child(ren), and that Partner B shall have % physical custody of the child(ren).
