Laws and Conduct. I will obey all municipal, county, state and federal laws. I will cooperate with the requests of my probation/parole officer. Cooperation includes being truthful. If I am detained by law enforcement, I will tell the officer(s) that I am on felony supervision, and the name of my probation/parole officer. I will notify my probation/parole officer of any such contact within 24 hours.
Laws and Conduct. I will obey all municipal, county, state, tribal, and federal laws. I will answer truthfully any questions posed to me by any agent of the IDOC. If I am detained by law enforcement, I will tell the officer(s) that I am on a furlough and provide the name of my supervising officer. I will notify my supervising officer of any contact with law enforcement within 12 hours. I will not engage in any behavior that is unsafe or reflects negatively on my peers, family, IDOC, or myself.
Laws and Conduct. The defendant shall obey all laws, municipal, county, state and federal. The defendant shall comply with all lawful requests of any agent of the Idaho Dept of Correction. The defendant shall be completely truthful at all times with any agent of the Idaho Dept of Correction. During any contact with law enforcement personnel the defendant shall provide their identity, notify the law enforcement officer(s) that they are under supervision and provide the name of their supervising officer. The defendant shall notify their supervising officer of the contact within 24 hrs.

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • Sanctions Laws and Regulations The Borrower shall not, directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of the Loans or any Letter of Credit or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Guarantor, Subsidiary, Unconsolidated Affiliate or other Person (i) to fund any activities or business of or with any Designated Person, or in any country or territory, that at the time of such funding is itself the subject of territorial sanctions under applicable Sanctions Laws and Regulations, (ii) in any manner that would result in a violation of applicable Sanctions Laws and Regulations by any party to this Agreement, or (iii) in any manner that would cause the Borrower, the Guarantors or any of their respective Subsidiaries to violate the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. None of the funds or assets of the Borrower or Guarantors that are used to pay any amount due pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute funds obtained from transactions with or relating to Designated Persons or countries which are themselves the subject of territorial sanctions under applicable Sanctions Laws and Regulations. Borrower shall maintain policies and procedures designed to achieve compliance with Sanctions Laws and Regulations.

  • Laws and Regulations All Equipment, Products, or Services provided under this Contract must comply fully with applicable federal laws and regulations, and with the laws in the states and provinces in which the Equipment, Products, or Services are sold.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations (a) This Agreement is in accord with and pursuant to the California Affordable Care Act, California Government Code § 100500 et seq., (Chapter 655, Statutes of 2010 and Chapter 659, Statutes of 2010) and the implementing regulations, Title 10, Chapter 12 of the California Code of Regulations, § 6400 et seq., as enacted or as modified during the course of this Agreement. This Agreement is also in accord with and pursuant to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its implementing federal regulations, as enacted or modified during the course of this Agreement, including standards for qualified health plan certification set forth at 45 C.F.R. Part 156 et seq. (Subpart C: Qualified Health Plan Minimum Certification Standards). (b) Contractor is subject to the obligations imposed on Contractor under applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Federal Affordable Care Act, the California Affordable Care Act, and any other applicable Federal, State, or local laws, rules and regulations. The parties to this Agreement recognize and acknowledge there may be material changes to the above-referenced and other applicable Federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations, including those in the Health & Safety Code and Insurance Code related regulations. Should such an event arise, the parties agree that revisions to this Agreement may be necessary to align provisions contained herein with the changes made to these laws. Nothing in this agreement limits such obligations imposed on Contractor, including any failure to reference a specific State, or Federal regulatory requirement applicable to Covered California or Contractor. In those instances where Covered California imposes a requirement in accordance with the California Affordable Care Act or otherwise authorized by California law, that exceeds a requirement of the Federal Affordable Care Act or other Federal law, the State law and the Covered California requirement shall control unless otherwise required by laws, rules and regulations.

  • Your Conduct In connection with Your use of the Service, You represent and warrant that You: (a) are above the age of eighteen (18); (b) will abide by the letter and spirit of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national or international laws; (c) will not submit any conversations that may be considered by CamCare to be unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, harmful, vulgar, distasteful, defamatory, invasive of another person’s privacy or proprietary rights, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (d) will not impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, any other person, falsify contact information, misrepresent a relationship with any person or entity, including misrepresenting a relationship with CamCare, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender; (e) will not submit communication that are encrypted or that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, disrupt, impair, disable or otherwise overburden our Website; (h) will not access, download or copy any information contained on our Website through artificial means (including but not limited to spiders, hacking devices, computer programs, bots or other such means); (i) will not post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (j) will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or other computer systems or networks connected to the Service; (k) will not use the Service in any manner that infringes, misappropriates or violates any third party’s rights, including, but not limited to, transmitting any material that may infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s rights of publicity, contractual rights, fiduciary rights or intellectual property rights; (l) will not use the Service in any way that could interfere with the rights of CamCare or the rights of other users of the Service; (m) have sufficient rights in and to all Content that You provide, transmit or otherwise convey to CamCare in connection with the Service; (n) agree not to re-sell or assign Your rights or obligations under this Agreement; (o) will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell or exploit any Content; (p) will not access any Content for any commercial, educational or other purposes not related to Your personal purchasing decisions, the express written consent of CamCare, which consent may be withheld by CamCare in our discretion; (q) grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute the Content and to prepare derivative works of, or to incorporate such Content into other works, and to grant and to authorize sublicenses of the foregoing; (r) agree not to create an account or use CamCare services if Your account previously has been terminated by CamCare or if You previously have been banned from using the services; and (s) agree not to: (i) register for more than one account or register for an account on behalf of an individual other than yourself; (ii) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, CamCare personnel, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity; or (iii) advocate, encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing activities in this subsection. CamCare retains the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether or not Your use of the Service is consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CamCare may suspend, restrict or terminate Your use of the Service and to refuse any future use of all or portions of the Service if Your use breaches or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Additionally, CamCare may seek any and all other remedies available to it, including: (a) seeking injunctive relief with any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any breach or failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and/or (b) if damages are ascertainable, seeking damages relating to any breach or failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • LAWS AND ORDINANCES In the exercise of any privilege granted by this license, licensee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local government, and municipal laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, codes, decrees, orders and other such requirements (collectively, laws) including without limitation Laws regarding wages and hours, health, safety, building codes, emergencies, and security. Licensee shall apply, pay for, and obtain all required licenses and permits, including without limitation licenses and permits for fire and life safety requirements.

  • Standards of Conduct Whenever the Member is required or permitted to make a decision, take or approve an action, or omit to do any of the foregoing, then the Member shall be entitled to consider only such interests and factors, including its own, as it desires, and shall have no duty or obligation to consider any other interests or factors whatsoever. To the extent that the Member has, at law or in equity, duties (including, without limitation, fiduciary duties) to the Company or other person bound by the terms of this Agreement, the Member acting in accordance with the Agreement shall not be liable to the Company or any such other person for its good faith reliance on the provisions of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they restrict the duties of the Member otherwise existing at law or in equity, replace such other duties to the greatest extent permitted under applicable law.
