Laws and Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the Laws in force in New South Wales. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with this Agreement.
