Laws to Govern. 23.01 The law of the State of California shall govern the rights, obligations, duties, and liabilities of TOWN and FRANCHISEE under this AGREEMENT and shall govern the interpretation of this AGREEMENT.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, both as to interpretation and performance. Any and all legal action necessary to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the Circuit Court of St. Xxxxxxx County, Missouri.
