Laws to Govern. The law of the State of California shall govern the rights, obligations, duties and 13 liabilities of CITY and CONTRACTOR under this Agreement and shall govern the interpretation 14 of this Agreement.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, both as to interpretation and performance. Any and all legal action necessary to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the Circuit Court of St. Xxxxxxx County, Missouri.
Laws to Govern. The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern interpretation and enforcement of the terms contained in this Agreement.
Laws to Govern. Unless varied by notice by Nautilus Marine that this application and agreement and all matters arising from the relationship of Nautilus Marine and the Client will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland notwithstanding that total vessel management operations may be delivered outside the state of Queensland. The Client submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Central Business District of Brisbane or such other capital city in any other state that Nautilus Marine may from time to time notify the Client in writing of.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri and, notwithstanding anything that may be found in the Agreement to the contrary, the Parties do not waive, and expressly reserve any and all immunities and defenses available to the entity or its personnel, whether arising from common law or by statute.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the City both as to interpretation and performance. The parties agree that any suit, action or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the State of Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit Court located in Lake County.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to principles of conflict or choice of law.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, except that questions affecting the construction and effect of any patent application or patent within Licensed Patent Rights or trademark application or trademark within Licensed Trademark Rights shall be determined by the law of the country in which the patent or trademark application is pending or the patent or trademark was granted. The Parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the California courts, both state and federal, in all matters concerning this Agreement.
Laws to Govern. Section 13.01 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Laws to Govern. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington both as to interpretation and performance.
