Layout and Building Plan. 4.1.1 Within 90 days- from the date of payment of the 1st instalment of Development Premium, the Developer shall submit to NRDA for its approval, a Layout and Building Plan for atleast 50% of FAR as Phase 1 of the Project in conformity with the building bye laws/NRDP.
