Common use of LEAD ARRANGER, CO-SYNDICATION AGENTS AND CO-DOCUMENTATION AGENTS Clause in Contracts

LEAD ARRANGER, CO-SYNDICATION AGENTS AND CO-DOCUMENTATION AGENTS. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, none of the Lead Arranger, the Co-Syndication Agents or the Co-Documentation Agents shall have any powers, rights, duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents other than confidentiality provisions contained herein.
