Common use of Lead Arrangers Clause in Contracts

Lead Arrangers. The Lead Arrangers shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than, to the extent it is a Lender or the Administrative Agent, those applicable to all Lenders or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, as such.
