Common use of Lease Administration Clause in Contracts

Lease Administration. Xxxxxx designat es as Xxxxxx’s Representative, and designates as alternate Xxxxxx’s Representative as responsible to be the contacts for Xxxxxx regarding operations under the Lease. These contacts shall be authorized to make decisions regarding the maintenance and operation of the Premises for the Lessee. Each party will notify the other in case of a change in their respective representatives.
