Supra leases iBox units (“iBox” or “iBoxes”) to Keyholder for the Term and grants Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software incorporated in the iBox. c. Regardless of whether Xxxxxxxxx has selected the ActiveKEY or xXXX (collectively, “Key”), Supra grants to Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the Term to use Xxxxx’s computer network accessible to Keyholder through third-party telecommunication and internet services (the “Network”), which is necessary for the use and operation of the Key and for access to Supra’s Keybox Information Manager database (the “XXX Database”).
