iBoxes Clause Samples
The "iBoxes" clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use, ownership, or management of iBoxes within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for the iBoxes, how they are to be maintained or accessed, and any restrictions or obligations related to their use. For example, it may specify whether iBoxes are provided by one party to another, who bears the risk of loss or damage, or how they should be returned at the end of the contract. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes regarding the handling and responsibilities associated with iBoxes during the contractual relationship.
