LEASE DURATION. Every month thereafter, you must pay your rent, without any deductions, on or before the 1st day of each month; with a grace period of <<Grace Period Days>>. LEASE DURATION. Every month thereafter2.1 The Parties have, you must pay your rentin good faith, without any deductions, agreed that the lease commencement date shall be on or before 28th August 2006, by which date the 1st day LESSOR shall deliver possession of each month; the Schedule Property with fixtures, fittings and workstations, as per the inventory attached. The brief particulars of the fixtures provided by the LESSOR are described in the Annexure attached to this Lease Deed. The date of commencement for lease shall hereinafter be called as “Commencement Date” and the lease shall be in force initially for a grace period of <<Grace Period Days>>.
