Common use of Lease in Effect Clause in Contracts

Lease in Effect. Except as herein and expressly modified and amended, the Lease shall remain in full force and effect pursuant to each and every of its terms and conditions and, as modified and amended herein, is expressly ratified and confirmed by the parties hereto. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

Lease in Effect. Tenant represents that it is the sole holder of the interests of the tenant under the Lease and that it has not assigned or conveyed such interest to any other person or entity.

Except as herein and expressly specifically amended or modified and herein, all provisions of the Lease, as previously amended, the Lease shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect pursuant to each effect, and every of its terms Tenant and conditions and, as modified Landlord hereby reaffirm the Lease and amended herein, is expressly ratified the parties’ rights and confirmed by the parties hereto. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assignsobligations thereunder.
