Common use of Lease in Effect Clause in Contracts

Lease in Effect. Except as herein and expressly modified and amended, the Lease shall remain in full force and effect pursuant to each and every of its terms and conditions and, as modified and amended herein, is expressly ratified and confirmed by the parties hereto. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
