Lease Limits. Holdings will not and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries directly or indirectly to become or remain liable in any way, whether directly or by assignment or as a guarantor or other surety, for the obligations of the lessee under any operating lease, synthetic lease or similar off-balance sheet financing with respect to equipment, if the aggregate amount of all rents (or substantially equivalent payments) paid by Holdings and its Subsidiaries under all such leases would exceed $1,000,000 in any Fiscal Year of Holdings.
