LEASE OBLIGATIONS; SALE/LEASEBACKS. (a) The Borrower shall not create or suffer to exist, or permit any of the its Subsidiaries to create or suffer to exist, any obligations as lessee for the rental or hire of real or personal property of any kind under leases or agreements to lease having an original term of one year or more which would cause the direct or contingent liabilities of the Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, in respect of all such obligations payable in any period of 12 consecutive months to be an amount in excess of 115% of all such obligations paid in the prior Fiscal Year exclusive of (i) all Indebtedness permitted to be incurred pursuant to Sections 7.2(c) and (e), (ii) such obligations of the Borrower resulting from any sale/leaseback transaction with respect to any part of the Alabama Real Property, (iii) such obligations of the Borrower resulting from any sale/leaseback transaction with respect to any part of the Virginia Real Property, and (iv) such obligations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries resulting from any sale/leaseback transaction with respect to computer work stations and related equipment up to an aggregate maximum amount at any time outstanding not in excess of $10,000,000.
