Related Equipment. Make all necessary replacements of and repairs to the Related Equipment so that the value and operating efficiency thereof shall be maintained and preserved, depreciation and reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Related Equipment. The rights granted hereunder to Licensee shall not include the right to manufacture equipment under the Licensed Marks. Equipment used to drive Products under security evaluation or to carry signals transmitted from or received by the Products under security evaluation under the Evaluation Process shall be under the control of the Evaluation Laboratory for the duration of the test. Any mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical equipment necessary for the operation and full functionality of the primary machine or device (as determined by the context in which this term is used), including but not limited to wires, power connections, and telecommunications equipment.
