Lease of Restaurant. The Landlord leases the Restaurant, Patio and Storage Shed to the Tenant and the Tenant leases the Restaurant, Patio and Storage Shed from the Landlord (the "Lease"), on the terms and conditions of this Lease and for the purposes set out in this Lease.
