Trust No. N___U_), dated as of __________ __, ____ with the Owner Participant named therein (such Owner Trustee, in its capacity as such Owner Trustee, being herein called "Lessor"), and US AIRWAYS, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee have heretofore entered into that certain Lease Agreement (US Airways, Inc.
