Common use of Lease Year Defined Clause in Contracts

Lease Year Defined. As used in this Lease, “Lease Year” means the period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the day before the date that is one (1) year from the Commencement Date, and each corresponding twelve (12) month period thereafter throughout the balance of the Term.

Lease Year Defined. "Partial Lease Year" means that portion of the TermLease Term prior to the first Lease Year.
