Leasing Commission Agreements. To Contributor’s knowledge, the only Leasing Commission Agreements currently affecting the Property are listed on Exhibit I hereto, true and correct copies of which have been delivered to the Partnership.
Leasing Commission Agreements. After the Effective Date, Seller may amend any Leasing Commission Agreement and enter into any new Leasing Commission Agreement, without Purchaser's prior written consent, provided that Purchaser shall have no liability for any commissions thereunder.
Leasing Commission Agreements. A complete list of all agreements for leasing commissions payable on the Leases and renewals of or options on the Leases and copies of all such written agreements.
Leasing Commission Agreements. The Leasing Commission Agreements constitute all of the leasing agreements to which Property Owner is a party and which affect the Property. The Documents made available to Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof include copies of all Leasing Commission Agreements listed on Schedule 8.3(k).
Leasing Commission Agreements. (i) The Leasing Commission Agreements are listed on Exhibit J, and there are no other Leasing Commission Agreements, and (ii) the Documents made available to Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof include true, correct and, in all material respects, complete copies of the Leasing Commission Agreements
Leasing Commission Agreements. Seller has not entered into any written agreements with brokers providing for the payment by Seller of leasing commissions or fees for procuring tenants with respect to any Lease in effect as of the Effective Date hereof, except as disclosed in the Leases or on Exhibit D hereto. Seller has not agreed in writing to pay and, to Seller’s knowledge, there are no leasing commissions, fees or other compensation payable in respect of the exercise of renewal, extension or expansion options set forth in the Leases existing as of the Effective Date except as disclosed in the Leases or on Exhibit D.
Leasing Commission Agreements. To Seller’s Knowledge, (i) there are no executory brokerage, leasing or listing agreements affecting the Property in effect on the date hereof that will be binding on Purchaser after the Closing, and (ii) true, correct and complete copies of all non-executory brokerage, leasing or listing agreements affecting the Property pursuant to which commissions or fees may be due and owing in connection with the Leases (the “Leasing Commission Agreements”) have been made available to Purchaser for review as part of the Documents and are listed on Exhibit K annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
Leasing Commission Agreements. A true, correct and complete copy of the Leasing Commission Agreement shall be made available to Purchaser for review pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement. All amounts due and payable under the Leasing Commission Agreement have been paid in full or will be paid in full prior to the Scheduled Closing Date.
Leasing Commission Agreements. There is no leasing commission agreement affecting the Property with respect to the Leases signed by Seller prior to Closing, except for the management agreement with the Property Manager. Seller does pay referral fees to tenants from time to time as well as bonuses to leasing staff.
Leasing Commission Agreements. There are no commissions owing with respect to any of the Subleases (or by the tenant under any of the Leases) and there are no existing leasing commission or brokerage agreements affecting the Leasehold Estates or the Subleases, which would be binding upon Assignee as a result of the Closing of the assignments contemplated by this Agreement, or as a result of any future assignments or subleases effected by Assignee.
