Referral Fees definition

Referral Fees means up to three percent (3%) of the Gross Proceeds from the sale of the Units pursuant to this Offering payable to parties (other than the Trustee or Management) that refer Subscribers to the Fund;

Examples of Referral Fees in a sentence

  • For a period of no more- than thirty (30) days following the date of the closing of a Qualified Sale to a Referred Customer, if one or more Third-Party Sources claim to be entitled to all or a portion of the Referral Fees from such Qualified Sale (an “Origination Claim”), the applicable earned Referral Fees payable hereunder shall be apportioned between (i) the Third-Party Source(s) making such claim (upon verification), and (ii) Affiliate.

  • In the event that Certn pays Referral Fees to Referral Partner in error, Certn may collect such amount thereof directly from Referral Partner or offset any future Referral Fees payable against such amount.

  • Referral Partner acknowledges and agrees that Referral Partner’s level of Referral Fee earnings under this Agreement are a direct result of Referral Partner’s own efforts and that Ipsum Vision does not guarantee that Referral Partner will earn any Referral Fees under this Agreement.

  • TWG’s obligation to pay Referral Fees shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement until payment has been made for the last applicable Qualified Sale during the Term.

More Definitions of Referral Fees

Referral Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10 below.
