Common use of LEASING MANAGEMENT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

LEASING MANAGEMENT SERVICES. (a) to market the Property or any part or parts thereof for letting or licensing (which for the purpose of this Clause 3 shall include warehouse warrants) purposes and to identify prospective lessees, tenants or licensees being individual or corporation willing to take a lease, tenancy or licence of the Property or any part or parts thereof provided that (i) each such lease, tenancy agreement or licence shall provide that the Owner shall have the right to terminate the same with 12 months’ notice if it resolves to redevelop the Property; and (ii) the grant, renewal and termination of any lease or tenancy for a term extending beyond the expiration date of the Management Term or (if KWHK exercises its right to renew pursuant to Clause 2.2) the Renewed Management Term (“Long Lease”) and the determination of any rent or licence fee thereof shall be subject to the Owner’s prior approval (except for warehouse warrant business which shall be at such tariffs agreed between the Owner and KWHK periodically and from time to time);
