Leasing manpower. As soon as possible and before the enterprise enters into a contract to lease workers in accordance with the current rules in Chapter 14 (§§ 14-12 and 14-13) of the Working Environment Act, the number and needs shall be discussed with the shop stewards, see §§ 9-3 to 9-6 of the Basic Agreement. The above does not apply when hiring temporary substitutes. In this connection see § 2, subsection 4.7, of the National Collective Agreement. For calling in extra help, see the National Collective Agreement, § 1, subsection 7.
