Leave for Attending SPEA-Related Conferences and Conventions and Training. The Company will provide SPEA with up to nine (9) paid working days leave for the purpose of attending conferences, conventions and training of Executives and/or Area Representatives, per Agreement year. SPEA may allocate the nine (9) paid days’ time between its Executive and/or Area Representatives. All requests for such leave must be made by an Executive of SPEA to the employee’s Manager; and Human Resources at least two (2) weeks in advance and are subject to the Company’s operational requirements.
