LEAVE FOR FEDERAL/PROVINCIAL UNION OFFICE. An employee who is elected to office in the Canadian Union of Public Employees, whether National or Provincial, the duties of which require his full time attendance, shall, upon written request, be granted leave of absence without loss of seniority and service for a term not exceeding two (2) years.
