Leave of Absence and Free Transportation. 22.1 Employees will be given leave of absence and free first class transportation to attend their meetings. Such leave of absence will not exceed two days and will only be granted when it will not interfere with requirements of the traffic and the service and provided the System is not put to additional expense.
